Important Shipping Information.

Shipping – Ireland and Northern Ireland.

We use An Post express delivery service.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

Delivery is usually within 1-2 days working days after dispatch

Shipping – Overseas.

We ship DogDry all over the world.

We use International An Post Tracked parcel service for most European countries.  Please note An-Post does not deliver to PO Boxes. 

Delivery is usually within 3-4 working days after dispatch.

In countries where the postal service is unsuitable, we will arrange for your goods to be shipped with a reputable carrier such as DHL or UPS.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

Great Britain Delivery: Brexit

We charge UK VAT of 20% on goods and shipping costs for orders under £135 in value delivered to Great Britain. At present, orders under £135 where UK VAT has been paid are not liable for additional customs and import charges. We do not charge UK VAT on orders valued over £135. These higher value orders may be liable for UK taxes and duties on arrival. Customs and import charges may change from time to time.

We are currently working with our delivery companies to find a simpler solution and hopefully offer our customers the chance to pay all charges at the time of purchase.

How quickly will you ship my DogDry?

Orders that are in stock are generally shipped next working day.

Returns and Exchanges.

Only when you are happy, can we be. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your DogDry, you can return it for a refund or exchange by filling in the paperwork that arrived with your order and sending it back to us.

To return the DogDry just package it back up and send it back to us. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. If the DogDry is lost or damaged during the return, you are responsible for resolving this with the carrier.

Some small print: The DogDry needs to be returned with all labels and the mitt attached within 30 days, unworn aside from trying on, which is pretty standard stuff.

Postage will not be refunded.

Please note that in some instances refunds can take between 10-21 days to reach your account.
